Physical description: One word can describe her appearance perfectly: beautiful! She's also very elegant and very talented in stage performance, whether it's singing (assuming that based on the events in Sailor Moon: Another Story), playing the violin, etc. Her attire is almost always artistic and creative, except when she's wearing her school uniform, obviously (either Mugen or Juuban High). She always has her Aqua Mirror handy just in case.
Personality: She mostly keeps to herself, until Haruka is in the room. She's very nice and gentle to people. However, when she feels she must be hard to protect her Princess, she is very strict. When in battle, she almost never lets her guard down.

Submarine Violin Tide
Neptune's attack using her violin. Judging from the name, I suppose the violin releases
Other stuff
History: Michiru has alot of talent in the fine arts. She paints (mostly things to do with the sea, of course) and plays the violin (one of the ways she found Haruka). I don't believe there's a record of her parents or other relatives, besides Haruka.
Roleplaying Example:
Just when she was about to walk onto the stage, someone grabbed Michiru's arm. When she looked, her violin was holding her back. It was a daimon! She didn't know where to run for the time being, as she didn't want to endanger the audience or the crew backstage. For the sake of performance, she ran onto the stage, the daimon on her tail. The audience thought it was a part of the act, so they didn't budge from their seats. Michiru pulled out her mirror and aimed the beam at the daimon, stopping it in its track. She took the time to run onto the other side of the stage - miraculously, no one was there and she could transform in secret.
"Neptune planet power! Make-up!" she cried. She leaped in the air and reappeared on stage from above, making it seem like she was never in the same position as Michiru. "Deep Submerge!" She defeated the daimon with one hit and bowed for the audience, as they applauded, still thinking it was a part of the show.
