Physical description: Haruka's fairly tall amongst her fellow Senshi - I'd guess at around 5'9", maybe a bit shorter. She's fairly leanly built, and looks rather boyish - and the clothes she tends to wear help her look all the more like a man. Her dirty-blonde hair is cut short, to add to her masculine image, and her eyes are teal.
Personality: Haruka is, in public, quite the flirt - anything attractive and female is fair game, although she'd never do anything serious, being far too in love with Michiru to even dare. As Sailor Uranus, however, she's deathly serious and completely committed to her missions - she and Neptune have their destinies to fulfil.

Senshi Title: Sailor Uranus, the Senshi of the Wind.
Senshi Group: The ever-so-lovely Sol System Senshi, one of the members of the Outer Senshi.
Senshi Level: Super
Senshi Fuku: Uranus' fuku is based off the typical 'Sailor' uniform worn in Japanese schools - albeit with a much shorter skirt. She wears wrist-length gloves, with navy blue 'fittings' at the ends. Her sailor collar is also navy blue, with a single stripe, and her skirt is of the same colour, as is her back bow. She wears a choker with a star attached to it, and wears two hooped earrings. Her fuku also possesses one translucent 'shoulder'
Like all Senshi, she has a tiara. The gem in the centre is navy blue, as is her theme colour
Henshin Phrase: Uranus Crystal Power, Make-up!
Attacks:
World Shaking: Energy forms in her hand, and she raises it above her head. She shouts the attack phrase and slams the energy ball into the ground - it hurtles towards the enemy, and often tears chunks out of the ground.
Space Sword Blaster: She withdraws the Space Sword and slashes the air before her, unleashing yellow crescent-shaped bands of energy.
Space Turbulence: This does just appear to be an energy blast, considering it's only a manga attack. I'd imagine it creates strong winds as well, considering her position as Senshi of the wind.
Other stuff
History: Haruka, to begin with, always ran from her destiny, believing that she could outrun anything... but then, she met Michiru, and things began to change for her.
She came across a boy in pain one day at the race track. Imagine her surprise when he suddenly turned into a daimon, right before her eyes. Shortly after, Michiru dashed in and transformed into Sailor Neptune, warning her off grabbing the henshin stick that hovered before her. Whilst Neptune was able to return the boy to human form, she was badly wounded whilst protecting Haruka, who decided that it was her duty to take up her destiny as Sailor Uranus.
Together, they searched for the talismans. They found the first two within themselves, the Deep Aqua Mirror and the Space Sword, but couldn't find the third... until the mysterious Sailor Pluto arrived on the scene, offering forth her Garnet Orb as the third and final talisman. They knew that if the three were brought together by their enemies, Sailor Saturn would awaken and the world would be brought to ruin.
Soon, there was no other choice. Saturn awoke and attempted to destroy Master Pharaoh 90 - she was saved by Sailor Moon, who fought against all the odds to bring back the Senshi of Destruction as a mere baby. She was entrusted to the three Outer Senshi, who promised to raise her as best they could.
Haruka and the others spent around a year away from Tokyo, raising Hotaru in a mansion situated just outside the city. They returned and quickly came under attack from Queen Nehellenia's Mirror Paredris - one attempted to attack Hotaru, and her powers suddenly awoke, destroying the minion and causing her to age rapidly. Her sudden explosion of power also upgraded the three of them to their Super forms, saving Sailor Uranus from a rather unfortunate meeting with the pavement.
Together, the Senshi fought against Queen Nehellenia. It was a long battle, and Chibi-Usa completely faded out of existence at one point, but they were eventually able to overcome her, sending her back to a more innocent time by combining their powers with those of the newly powered-up Eternal Sailor Moon.
The Outers withdrew once more, only appearing occasionally as they worked behind the scenes to deal with the newest threat - the Sailor Animamates and the mysterious Sailor Starlights
The final battle against Galaxia was hard fought, and the Outers saw the final moments of the Inner Senshi all too clearly - sacrificing themselves for their princess, and for the Starlights. When they entered the Golden Queen's throne room, Uranus and Neptune betrayed Pluto and Saturn, turning on them and stealing their Sailor Crystals for Galaxia's benefit. They were told to kill Sailor Moon, and they turned on their 'benefactor'... to no avail, as she had no Star Seed. She tore away the bracelets that kept them alive, and they died.
After Sailor Moon banished Chaos, the Senshi - all of them, all who had died in the fight against Chaos - returned to life. Usagi had saved the world, saved them, and given the universe another chance.
Since then, Haruka's been splitting her time between her racing, the piano-playing with Michiru and Hotaru. This sudden surge of evil energy caught her off-guard - the wind hasn't been so fierce for years.
Roleplaying Example:
It wasn't like the wind to be so fierce. No matter where she went, Haruka could hear it roaring in her ears, trying to warn her of danger... but what danger? Life seemed so easy, recently - since Chaos had been banished by Sailor Moon, they'd not even had to transform once.
She talked to Michiru about it, and her aqua-haired lover simply told her that the seas had been stormy as well. Something big was coming, Haruka knew that much, but... there was no way of telling what it was.
"We have to protect the Princess," she decided, one night after a concert - they'd been doing them more frequently, considering that Michiru's fanbase had exploded after she'd done the concert with the the Three Lights. "No matter what the cost."
