Physical description: She stands about 5'0" . She keeps her long pink hair tied up in two tall odangos with the remaining hair falling mid-back. Her eyes are a bright Red-pink. As for clothing she has a preferance towards tank tops and shorts or knee-length skirts.
Personality: Chibiusa is upbeat and outgoing, and is usualy a sweet girl. She can be selfish and immature but not as much as when she was younger. She would really rather avoid fighting, but she will do so when it's needed, espcially if friends or family are involved.

Senshi Fuku: Chibi Moon's fuku starts out with the white sailor bodice and a red bow with her elegant sailor brooch in the middle of the bow. The brooch is heart shaped, a pink crystal with pink enamel trim and golden star details at the top. Her back bow is white instead of red, like her front bow, and it is rather large and falls to about her mid-calf (since she is short). Her sailor collar is pink and has two yellow stripes that border around it. Her skirt starts out white, but near the bottom, there's a stripe of yellow and then a stripe of pink. Around her hips is a yellow belt with an accent piece that appears to be a pink crystal heart that matches the one on the brooch, although it also appears to lack the crown and star details of the brooch. Her sleeves are no longer padded. Replacing the padding is three transparent sleeves. Her gloves are white and go to her elbow, two pink padded pieces topping each glove. Her boots come up to her knees and are pink with a white V-shaped formation at the top and crescent moons in the center of the V. Her tiara is golden with a crescent moon and her earrings are golden crescent moons. In her hair is two red circular hair pieces, like Sailor Moon, but a white hair piece comes up to cover the rest of her bunny shaped odango. Three white baretts are clipped to her hair. Her choker is yellow with a red heart in the center.

Moon Spiral Heart Attack!
A recycled attack that she gained when she became the Sailor Moon of the future. Using her Moon Heart Rod, she gathers energy in the rod and begans to spin it around before stopping and holding it in the air. "Moon..." She begins as she starts spinning rapidly. "Spiral Heart..." She stops spinning and falls to one knee, her other leg stretching out as she holds the wand in the air. "Attack!"
Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!
Another recycled attack that she gained when she became the Sailor Moon of the future. She begins to gather energy in her Moon Heart Rod, however, it then transforms into a tier similar to Eternal Sailor Moon's. She flips the tier wand above her head, and brings it back in front of her. She then spins around and uses it on the enemy. However, this attack drains her energy quite a bit, so she doesn't use it often.
Pink Lady's Freezing Kiss!
This is an attack unique to herself, though she uses this with the Sailor Quartetto. She can, however, use it on her own. When with the Quartetto, the five gather up their energy in their right hands. Then, each kisses the ends of their fingers and shout out the attack, blowing the kiss into one big, combined heart. When doing it solo, she brings her hand to her lips and calls out her attack, kissing her hand before blowing a pink heart kiss out that 'freezes'- or stuns -her opponent on contact wherever it hits.
Pinky Typhoon!
Another attack unique to ChibiMoon, though this only belongs to her. She charges her Moon Rod and then spins it above her before letting it go. It continues to spin and turn into a pink tornado-like attack. She calls out her attack and lets it fly at her enemy. Her Moon Rod comes back to her when the attack is over.

History: Chibiusa was first introduced into the series when she quite literally fell from the sky one day and interrupted an about-to-kiss couple- Usagi and Mamoru. She threatened Usagi with a (toy) gun and said that she was looking for the Ginzuishou. This alarmed Usagi and Mamoru because of course Usagi had it. In time it would be revealed that Usgai and Mamoru were actually Chibiusa’s parents in the 30th century. She had come because the Black Moon and the evil tenth planet of Nemesis were threatening Crystal Tokyo, and therefore her home. With the help of the new mysterious soldier Sailor Pluto, a friend of Chibiusa’s that guarded the Time-Space Door, they defeated the Black Moon and Chibiusa/Sailor Chibi Moon went back into the 30th century.
Chibiusa came back not long after and soon befriended another mysterious character- Tomoe Hotaru, the daughter of a mad scientist Dr. Tomoe. Dr. Tomoe was the boss of the the Death Busters and the Witches 5, a group of, well, five witches who were stealing Pure Heart Crystals in search of the three Talismans that would bring destruction. Hotaru was actually possessed by a dark entity, Mistress 9, who was implanted in her body by Dr. Tomoe to save her own life. The holders of the three Talismans were Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto, who wanted to kill Hotaru because she was Sailor Saturn and could bring destruction to the world. However, Sailor Moon prevented them from killing her and by all joining together to defeat the Death Busters. Once more Chibiusa went up again to the future.
Again Chibiusa returned, just when the Inner and Outer senshi were gaining their Super Senshi powers. This time, a mysterious Dead Moon Circus appeared in the Juuban District. Immediately Chibiusa was involved because of her strange dream of a Pegasus names Helios that called for her help to recue his hole worly of Elysion. Elysion was being attacked by Queen Nehellania and her sidekick, Zirconia. Meanwhile the Dead Moon Circus, including a trio and then a quartet of human-like beings began to attack people. They were in search of Helios and the Golden Crystal. In the end of the manga arc then senshi are trapped in one of Sailor Moon’s kaleidoscope attacks and defeat Queen Nehellaia and her curse against the Moon Kingdom. Sailor Chibi Moon, with her beautiful dream of wanting to become a lady, is central to this arc.
Chibiusa is not much involved in the StarS arc of the series because for the most part, she is in the 30th century. However, at the very end she appears before Eternal Sailor Moon to help defeat the false images of the senshi. These are not the actual senshi, just creation of Galaxia. However, Galaxia throws Chibiusa into the Cauldron. She reappears at the very end to say that she will be waiting for Usagi in the 30th century.
However, this is not so. Chibiusa is back, appearing to be about Usagi’s age when she becomes Eternal Sailor Moon, because the senshi are in danger again. Despite the fact that the various senshi groups are broken apart by peace (of all things), they have to join up again. Usagi –and therefore Chibiusa’s future- are in danger. Chibiusa comes back not as a small child, but of a growing woman of 16. In the future, she is now Sailor Moon. In the 21st century, she has to be Sailor Chibi Moon again. But the twist is that Chibiusa is now Princess Lady Serenity- more mature, powerful, and definitely taller than ever before.
Roleplaying Example:
Sailor Chibimoon glanced back momentarily at the horror that was happening to the Crystal Tokyo. All of the Senshi had been turned into evil vampires and total chaos was now in full swing because of it. Almost all of Crystal Tokyo was in ruins, and many people were lying on the ground either dead or seriously wounded. She closed her eyes for a moment, though she quickly turned around knowing that she must again return to the past to enlist the help of the Sailor Senshi.
"Guardian of Time, let the Door of Time split the heavens and open to me. I call you by your true name. The all knowing God of Time, the Father of the Guardian . . . CHRONOS! Lead me, protect me! Send me the path of light!"
Next thing she knew she was in the past, glancing around she realized she was in the eastern part of Tokyo, not with Sailor Moon as she had expected to be. "This isn't where I was supposed to go.." She grumbled, placing her hands on her hips in annoyance. Chibimoon quickly calmed herself down, there was no time to be upset at something as simple as being in the wrong location. Deciding it best not to stand around anymore she charged off to locate the Senshi and inform them of the new trouble that has reared its ugly head in the future.
