Physical description:
Seiya is an athletic woman who loves to get down and dirty. She stands at about 5'6", and has finished her growing for her life time, at least vertically. She is quite thin and muscular, almost rivalling Tenou Haruka. Like the other Starlights, her hair is long and worn in a low ponytail, though her's is dark blue. Her bright, energetic eyes are a dark blue.
Personality:
In a nutshell, Seiya is fun and spontaneous. She loves to be around her friends and she is an absolute flirt. She knows when it's time to get serious, but that doesn't stop her from letting the good times roll. She has the strength and courage of a leader, but her personality makes her so she just doesn't know when to quit. She will keep pressing on no matter how hopeless a situation may look.

The tiara is beaded, and features a five-pointed gold star rested on the forehead. She wears star earrings, one in each ear: a golden, five-pointed star, of course. Around the neck is the black sailor collar. The breasts are covered with a simply-designed brassiere, over which is worn black fabric and the obligatory centerpiece for the chest. In this case, that would be a star brooch with wings. The belly is exposed, but two beaded belts are twisted around the waist, fastened by a five-pointed star on the stomach. The Starlights wear short leather hotpants instead of a skirt. She wears leather gloves that extend above the elbow, and high-heeled leather boots that extend above the knee. The theme color of Fighter's fuku is blue. She wears a wide leather belt around her neck, fastened with a large buckle. She wears the same on both her arms, just above her gloves.

With the aide of her Star Yell, Fighter throws her item in the air, catches it, and shouts her attack, beams of white light shooting out toward her opponent.
Starlights Fusion Tempest
An attack that can be used by herself or with the other Starlights. When used alone, it is a shot of powerful energy in the form of an olive blosson. When used with the others, it's a combination of their three powers toward their opponent.

History:
Seiya Kou was born on a distant star that orbits around the planet Kinmoku. Born to a family that was devoted to the Royal Family, she was raised to become the guardian of the young princess when she came of age.
At thirteen, she was sent to Kinmokusei where she became a full-fledged Sailor Senshi under the name of Sailor Star Fighter. It was at this time that she also met Taiki and Yaten, her companions. Despite being the youngest of the three, she was full of determination and what what it took to be the leader of the Sailor Starlights. She became very good friends with the two girls and things were bright and happy.
Until Galaxia came.
Shortly after the three turned sixteen, Sailor Galaxia decided she yearned for power. She attacked the planet of Kinmoku, causing utter chaos and for the Princess of the planet to flee. The Starlights followed their Princess across the infinite galaxies until she landed on a planet of life in the Sol System, Earth. They lost her once they entered the atmosphere and they had to do something in order to find her...
On Earth, Seiya is introduced as an member of the new idol group, the Three Lights. Their first live appearance was a double concert with Michiru at the Fantastic Music Hall in Shibuya, although Usagi met with them sooner. When Mamoru's Sailor Crystal was stolen and faded away in front of Usagi, she fainted. Seiya caught her, but was quickly swarmed with fans. With Taiki and Yaten the four escaped in a cab. When Usagi awoke she departed from them and believed that Mamoru made it on the plane and arrived safely in America. Later, the Three Lights transfer to Juuban High School. They try again and again to get Usagi to remember the truth about Mamoru and his disappearance, but she gets horrible headaches when she tries.
The Starlights reveal to the other soldiers of Sailor Galaxia and the Shadown Galactica and Usagi is forced to remember what happened to her friends and Mamoru. Eventually they find the person they were searching for, Kakyuu-ouhi. When only Usagi and Chibichibi are left, the Starlights and Kakyuu travel to Galaxia's Palace to save everyone. After the battle with Lethe and Mnemosyne, two other sailor soldiers appear, Phi and Chi. Chi steals the Starlights' Sailor Crystals and they disappear.
After Sailor Moon sacrificed herself to the Galaxy Cauldron and saved the universe, everything went back to normal on Earth and the Sailor Starlights were reborn on Kinmokusei and have lived there for two years in peace... Even though Seiya misses her life as an idol on Earth and misses her friends.
Roleplaying Example:
The palace was quiet. Kakyuu-ouhi was busy taking care of princess things. Taiki was in the library, as always. It was a mystery as to where Yaten was. And here she was, sitting by herself in her bedroom. She hadn't brought herself to leave quite yet, despite it being late in the afternoon.
Seiya let out a long sigh and plopped back down on her bed, staring up at her celing. Her loose, dark blue locks were spread out beneath her on the bed. She was dressed in a short white vest and white mini-shorts, her feet bare as they brushed over the blankets beneath her. It was a nice day out, but she was just not feeling up to being outside... She was feeling rather down, which was odd for Seiya.
"Two years since we left..." She said to herself, another sigh escaping her lips. "Two years since I've seen Odango and the others..." She blew a bit of air up to attempt to blow some of her bangs up, but didn't succeed very much. She let out a yawn and she rolled over on her side, snuggling into the cool blanket underneath her.
"I wonder what Kakyuu-ouhi would say if I asked for permission to go to Earth again... Such a fun planet... A planet with friends, a planet where everyone knew the name Seiya Kou."
She sat up and stretched. She then hopped off the bed and stretched again before walking toward the exit of her large bedroom. She was bored and needed someone to bother... She sauntered down the halls until she came upon the library of the palace.
"Oh, Tai-chansu~~~" She called out into the room with a large grin. She heard a soft groan from the back of the library where she knew the other female was sitting. She skipped toward the brunette, her grin never faltering.
Some things never changed.
